Admission



Admission Registration and the Prospectus

The Registration Form Should be filled in and signed by the Parents/Guardian of the student seeking admission.

The Prospectus is made available to the parents with the Registration Form.

Documents Required

  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card No of Student and Parents.
  • Photocopy of Original Date of Birth Certificate (for Nursery, LKG, UKG and Class I).
  • Two passport size photographs of the child.
  • One passport size photograph of each parent and one family photograph.
  • School Leaving Certificate from the school last attended (Class I onwards).
  • Copy of students’ progress report of the class last attended (Class I onwards).
  • All the above mentioned documents are required to be submitted along with the Registration Form.

Admission Criteria

  • The school accepts Application Forms for admission up to the end of March each year.
  • Admission is granted subject to the availability of seats and solely at the discretion of the school authorities.
  • Applications will be put on a waiting list if there are no seats.
  • For admission in Nursery, LKG and UKG, the admission is done on the basis of interaction.(No Test of Parents is conduct by the school at any academic level).
  • For admission to other classes, student shall qualify the admission test in subjects English, Maths and Science.
  • For granting admission to a child (other than classes Nursery, LKG and UKG), a combination of the following factors are kept in mind.

        (a) Academic Readiness    (b) Motivation    (c) Social Emotional Development    (d) Parents Co-operation

  • Except Nursery Admission to other classes is based on the Admission Test

Fee-Payment Criteria

  • The school dues should be paid by the parents/guardians of the student of all classes by the 10th of each month. Rs. 10/- will be charged per day as fine from the 10th of the month.
  • Those who will fail to deposit school dues latest by 20th of the month, their names will be struck off from the school. Re-admission fee will be charged them.
  • Fee for the month of May and June will be charged in May month and for November and December in November. January, February and of March in January.
  • Transport charges can be hiked with the hike in fuel prices accordingly.
  • As no security or capitation fee is charged by the school, nothing is to be refunded.
  • The Remittance of the School Fee in time is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian as per the due dates mentioned above.
  • School does not charge any Building fund, Capitation fee, Donation from the parents of the wards.

Examination System    Scheme for Examination, Evaluation, & Promotion

  • Class I to VIII will have to III–Terms in Each Academic Session.
  • I–Term Quarterly:   Exam will held on First week of September In Session
  • II-Term Half yearly: Exam Will Held on First Week of December in Session
  • III-Term Annual:  Exam will held on First Week of March in Session
  • Each Subject Carry Marks Maximum 100 Marks on all Subjects
  • Unit test held Every Months
    • Class IX and X Exam
  • Subjects:   Language 1, Language 2, Maths, G.Sc. and Social Science.
  • Criteria of Assessment:   20% Internal Assessment + 80% Final Exam.
  • Internal Assessment:   * 5% Notebook Submission   |  * 5% Subject Enrichment Activity   |  * 5% Multiple Assessment   |  * 5% Periodic Tests
  • Periodic tests throughout the year will be as follows :
    1. Mid Term Exam (written exam for 80 marks with syllabus covered till announcement of exam dates).
    2. Four Monday assessments throughout the year for 50 marks each.
  • Final Exam - Written exam for 80 marks with full syllabus.
    • For Class XI
  • During the First Term, one set of Monday Assessment will be held in all the five subjects opted by the student.
  • In the Second Term two cycles of Monday Assessment will be held in all the five subjects as per the schedule.
  • Weightage for Final Assessment:

  • Minimum 33% in each subject must be secured in each Term and in the final assessment for promotion to the next higher class. In case of a subject involving practical/project work, a student must obtain 33% marks in theory and 33% marks in practical/project separately. In addition to this, 33% marks in aggregate are required for promotion to the next higher class.

  • Attendance requirement:   All students are required to complete 75% of attendance to make him/her eligible to take the examination.
  • Subjects offered:   English Core, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy, Physical Education, Hindi, History, Sociology, Political Science.
  • Rules for Change of Subject:
    1. Change of subject(s) in class XI may be allowed by the Head of the School but not later than 15 July of that academic session.
    2. No candidate shall be permitted to change his subject of study after passing Class XI.
    3. The candidate shall not be offered a subject in Class XII which he has not studied and passed in class XI.
